Reunion Class Gift

Reunions are a great opportunity for classmates to see old friends, make new ones, recall memories and reconnect around stories and experiences that helped shape the people you are today.

Reunions also provide the perfect opportunity to show your loyalty and pride in your university through a Reunion Class Gift. A gift of any size made to the college, program or scholarship of your choice through June 30, 2017 will count towards your Class Gift.

The support the university receives from alumni provides resources that are not available through tuition and fees. With these resources Montana State University will attract and retain excellent students, recruit top notch faculty and support academic programs that provide for our next generation of leaders to carry on your legacy of excellence into the future.

Why give?

A contribution to your Reunion Class Gift can be made in a variety of ways including cash or check, credit, stocks, land/real estate, retirement assets, insurance and more.  Estate gifts—called Planned Giving—are also accepted.  Planned Gifts not only can include tax benefits but can even provide a life income, and in addition these gifts will count as your Reunion Class Gift!  To learn more about Planned Giving, click here.

Where give?

As mentioned above a gift to any fund is counted as your Reunion Class Gift.  This year we would like to raise funds for the Alumni Legacy Scholarship which is awarded by the Montana State University Alumni Association. This scholarship is awarded to continuing students who show excellence in academics, campus involvement and leadership.  Through this scholarship, the MSU Alumni Association seeks to acknowledge and reward these qualities and foster deeper loyalty to MSU.  You will find the scholarship listed under the "Make a Gift" buttons below in addition to other scholarship funds

If you are currently an annual donor, please consider a "stretch" gift, a gift that is larger than you normally give, in honor of your reunion year.

If you have never made a gift to the university, we hope this year will be your first!

Plans are underway for an exciting and fun reunion, however having a memorable reunion requires participation from you!  Please be counted among our Reunion Class donors and make plans to attend the activities in May 2017.  Your support and attendance makes the difference!
